CHQ1838 infrared receiver. (B.4)
It can be used to decode infrared signals from remote controls such as TV remote or some RC vehicle remotes. It is designed to be reliable and easy to use. The infrared sensor is just the sensor so you will need to connect it to the appropriate output and input pins on the Arduino or Raspberry Pi for it to function. It has only 3 connections: power, ground and signal out.
- Photo detector and preamplifier in one package
- Internal filter for PCM frequency
- Inner shield, good anti-interference ability - Improved shielding against
ambient light - 3.0V or 5.0V supply voltage; low power consumption - TTL and CMOS compatibility - 8ms data pause time codes are acceptable
